RingFlow helps local service businesses follow up missed calls, qualify leads, and manage booking opportunities. You agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly.
Messaging responsibility
You are responsible for the messages your business sends, including customer consent, message content, opt-out handling, and compliance with applicable SMS and privacy rules.
Payments and trials
Paid plans may include a trial period. After the trial, billing continues according to the selected plan unless cancelled before renewal.
Service availability
RingFlow depends on third-party providers for messaging, payments, hosting, storage, and AI features. The service may be interrupted by provider outages, configuration issues, or maintenance.
No guaranteed results
RingFlow is designed to improve missed-call follow-up, but it does not guarantee bookings, revenue, rankings, or business outcomes.
